Hi MO,

So many questions on this i only every used 1-2-3 count. Never a 5 count.

1. do start by looking for Triangles first?
2. then the 3s steep trends?
3. fitting in remaining 5s - define as rapid accleration of price followed by rapid drop.?
4. can you expand on the prase "i'm the only 1 who would do this"?
5. Drawing of the triangles seems to be highly discretionary what are the guide lines you using to draw these.?

BB,

Man I have been where you are, total confusion! Press on and you will get it, you are close. Humor me and try this, Look at my attached charts and draw the lines I have on your charts. Then try to explain why I have them where I do? The red ones are my actual entry. See if this approach will help, you have my email, or just ask here. Im not claiming to trade exactly like the great ones here, but once I started to look for some basic setups, it unfolded from there.

Mo, you hinted to maybe sharing some tips for us small account holders to build it up? I would love to find some of those nuggets. Is Google talk open for any of us or do we still have to have 1000 post? :D

BB,

You will have to drop down to smaller time frames to see why those lines are there.

I should separate the TA into two groups:

a) Critical to my success

b) Only used to impress women

Thank you for the pic, mo. I believe you said once, to draw a line and if price closes above/below it then your wrong, it cant possibly be support/resistance. Tyger I bet, has the link to your exact quote. :)

After looking at Mo's Pic, some people are gifted with the ability to teach. I seem to overcomplicate it over time.....Mo always reals me back to the basics.

Thanks for that! :P
