The "3" Indicator?

Can anyone please tell me about the indicator which shows a "3" when the trend is about to reverse?
and also the link to download it ?

Look in the MT4 Motherlodes build 600 thread. The download is there.

Thanks wrinkled one I was interested in messing with the sema
but the indies I found were not working with build 600.
