s**t. ill take one day like that. Even a measly 1% risk is a 30% gain. You scalpers are killing me.

You can scalp or swing and end up in the same place.
I'm not patient enough for swings.
I'm generation x and have played video games since they were invented so I think that could be why scalping suits me.
My scalping yesterday was 7R. Im conservative in my old age and risk less than 1%.
If you have 6 and 7 figure account its good money without stressing yourself out.
These days if you are a legit trader its not hard to have accounts that size.

Alias man, you're just too humble.

Now, since you guys mentioned it so much I've decided to dedicate my time to gobble up ICT's YT vids.
Upon watching several eps on mentorship I heard his saying Larry... so I also scour his vids for downloads and learn.
Guess I have my hands full for weeks now.

I hope you guys caught this bear falling... this is what can happen when the conditions are right....

70R day today. Very sleepy now, gotta watch the series tomorrow. I'm not the brightest kid in school so it might take some re-watches to drill the concept(s) into my brain.

I'm with Mr. Hyde on this one. If you are trading 1 or 2 pip SL and hitting 5R+ then you have nothing left to learn. I'm sure I couldn't get in on a 1 pip SL if my life depended on it.

Although 1 pip SL can be problematic. If EURUSD is 0 spread your commission is probably .5 pip. Then you need high leverage $100k x 30 leverage is $300/pip or $300 per R also. 70R x $300 is $21k or 21%. Not bad for a days work.

I reviewed this mornings EU chart. Looks like I could have set 1.5 to 3ish pips SL in most cases. So that would be $450 to $900 per R for me (using $100k@30) as above. Of course a lower amount of R gained compared to you.

I worked at a brokerage company back in 2003. My cousin who worked at the company's dealing desk introduced me to this whole thing. Quit in 2004 and have been trading on and off since then.

Doubled my account? No.

Google "PARLAY" or just Youtube it. With it, you can use a ridiculously small risk and gain gigantic amount in no time. Or if you're aggressive like me you can make something that will make people curse you for the rest of their life.

I use a version of it. Then again, I think MO's concept of space is a version of parlay.

But let's just focus on the process of getting the right trade because, without it, even the most sophisticated money management technique is practically useless.

Those kind of trades, they don't come by that often but they're there. Most likely, they just don't fit your style and that's why you don't take 'em.

A couple of eps on ICT and I've noticed they encourage people to look at M4, M3, M2, M1. I know those tfs are fine for trading but gonna look at my charts again and do some testing. In one of the episodes he mentioned "...50% is nothing" I guess I've found myself another aggressive trader to learn from. Awesome.

Larry though, he said he was risking 10%. My kind of guy.

I have some videos for you guys. Learning is a perpetual process and I believe we can learn from everyone. Extract the good, dump the trash. If there are conflicting ideas then just adjust them according to your palate.

This guy had a lucky day.

There was a guy who turned $2 into $41k in less than 2 hours but he did it in binary options. I tried searching for that video but the whole channel was taken down. It shows the power of parlay and that maybe you can benefit from that vid.

Maybe the vids can benefit you in one way or another or just to expand the realm of possibilities. If you don't like them just take 'em as entertainment but if you hate them then I'm sorry to waste your precious time.

I have not watched the videos yet but thx. I'm always willing to see what others do even if I don't trade like them. I'll have to look up parlay, sounds like I've used a version of it before.
