Yeah, I'd cancel those.
Maybe grab a steak instead.
Or some Jerky to nibble on.
The act of chewing/swallowing keeps you awake (read this for driving tired).

It's too late! Amazon just delivered three 12-packs of Skittles flavored C4 to the front door this morning

I do want to try the "steak, water, salt" diet; I'm sure that it is healthier than the chemical cocktail diet that I am on right now.

Since "retiring" it's been Hell.
I have had to cut my intake in HALF because of less activity and weight training.
I started to puff up, walking by the fridge all day wasn't working. Kept snacking on crap.

First time ever using calories as a barometer for how much food I can eat.
Wife hates low carb so I made a deal I'd do calorie counting with her.
It is working but I don't feel as good because I eat a lot of junk food still even though i'm staying under 2200 most of the time.

Once she hits her target weight I'm going to say asta la vista and go back to eating how I did for last 20+.
I may even shift over to leaner meats (more protein/less fat) in the meantime just to keep within the calorie range to see how that goes.
Give it another couple weeks.
Today was power crunch bars, fit aid, Steak/fried shrimp, Sweet potato fries, Unsweet tea, and 1/3 pint of ice cream.
Now a coke zero.

I have a shorter route for you... this

After a while you might be able to do this also

You'll be less worried when guns and riffles are left somewhere else

Fixing the buttons. Some didn't perform the way I like.

I've learned Pine script for TV but don't know when is the time to really put it to use and now I'm learning mql5. There's really not enough time during the weekend.

@IgazI
the idea you presented with the line is good =D>
Let's see if I can apply the concept into practice.

Trying MT5 mobile. Looks really good now. I think this kind of feature is very useful so you really don't have to be bogged with the order interface while inputting your order.

Alias had a quote up at one time that said something like "at some point you have to stop learning and start doing".

How do we move from learning to doing? how do we stop adding new things and arrive at an actionable solution?

Do we really need to learn physics to bounce a rubber ball, or is that something that we can do intuitively?

If it takes longer than a minute to study a chart then you're probably doing physics.

Everyone seems to have the best business plan, there are a lot of calculator ninjas out there, but when you go to actually extract value from an idea that is when you see its worth:

"yes, it's kind of like that computer simulation that you are presenting me with. . .no that's not even close to what we are doing here"

Closed with $501.

I didn't know this feature before, as it turns out you can zoom out a chart even if you have 2 charts opened. Fascinating feature.

Patterns, many times they're not perfect as you see in this crooked form. But you know what the chart is trying to say.

L, H, HL, HH, HL, HH (BO/ completion leg).
H1 and D1 backbone. M5 trigger.
When you see me trade with no SL this is usually the formula.

How much did I make? But what if I tell you I also took another set of layers right from the drop minutes before? This is ALL IN. Twice. Now, how much do you really think I made?
